You have all rights to the baby. I would cut all ties now... do not contact him in any way... and you do have a say on who is on the maternity floor, you can make a birth plan and give it to the delievery nurses and the maternity nurses... and that she is to be kept off the floor and away from your daughter.

If you don't call him when you go into labor how would he or she know that you even had the baby? so you wouldn't need to worry about them coming...

You do not need to put his name on the birth certificate and he will have no rights till he sues you for paternity and has his name put on it... which by the way he sounds he would not really do since if he sues you for paternity, he will have to start paying support...

Until you have the baby and if he is on the birth certificate, he has no rights. if you wanted to move out of state, now would be the time to do it since the government does not consider it a child till the baby is born and breathing, and the childs state of residence is the one it is born in... he would need to sue you through the interstate office.
