My daughter is almost a year old and I left her father 8 months ago. He signed papers (not through courts) giving me full custody and agreeing to supervised visits. We haven't really had any problems until lately. He is starting to lie to me again drink heavily and make threats about hurting himself which he tryed to do back in the summer. As of right now I won't let him see her until he gets help I know that he wouldn't take me to court because he can't afford it. I am not sure what I should do. I want to do what is best for her. He has never hurt her but I know that people can snap at any time. He hasn't helped take care of her at all. Financly or anything else. I am not sure what his rights are as her father and what needs to be done. He is living with his parents who are both consider disabled by the state of michigan and has no job. I am working and taking care of her on my own. I just want to know what is best for her and what all my opions and what his rights are. If anyone can help thanks.
