I've have been looking lawyer for low income families. I'm having problems with my ex. He keeps threatening me and my fiance. I'm trying to get it resolved but don't know how. He also miss treats my son when my ex has him. I don't don't want my son to be going through that anymore and tired of him being destructive against my family. Does anyone know if the other parent doesn't pay child support if he still has to get his visitation rights? What should I do about my ex? And is there a lawyer that helps mothers out, when they don't have a lot of money. Please someone help. I'm trying to get this resolved before the 12-17, when my ex comes and get my son.
