how can I prove to the court that dad is drunk and neglecting the kids?
can I set something up to get him busted?
can I arrange for a social worker to just show up at the house and catch him drunk with his friends while he is supposed to be responsible for the kids?

If you think that the children are in dager with the dad then you can call child protective services and report him neglecting the kids due to alcohol consumption... it can be annonamous... but that could come back and bite you in the *&%# if they show up and he is sober and the kids are fine and enjoying themselve..
