Are you pregnant and hiding it from your friends and family? Have you kept your pregnancy a secret because of social, family or work consequences? Are you taking drastic measures to keep your growing belly hidden? Do you plan to share the news with your loved ones before the birth? Or are you planning to enter a facility or disappear for the last months of your pregnancy? Are you keeping the baby or working out an adoption plan? If so, Gigantic! Productions wants to hear your story.

If you are between the ages of 18 and 36, please send an email with details. Please include your name, location, phone number, and photograph if possible. All submissions are confidential and will be considered through December 31, 2010.

*Those chosen to participate in the documentary will be compensated financially and may receive other free services. Participants may also be paired with professionals to help with medical and emotional issues.

Hiding a pregnancy is a really difficult thing to do because it changes your body shape quite drastically (unless you are already quite big to start with). You would need to really watch your weight gain (obviously in a healthy way) and you would have to start wearing really large clothes to cover the growing belly.

I admire the fact that you want to give this baby a chance at a good life. Why don't you wait until you are past the legal stage of abortion and then tell your mom? Contact the adoption agencies and get the adoption process rolling before you do.

That way when you tell your mom, you can show her that you have done the right thing in finding a loving family who will take the baby and there is nothing she can force you into at that point. Hopefully she will see that you are being mature and handling the situation and she won't be as cross as you think she would be.
