What are laws to convey that we're an unfit mother. My son is Six months old his father and that i recently found myself in a battle and he seeking to claim me for an unfit mother what are my rights
I've finished high school, have a career, leave which has a roommate, have a car, and possess visited the childs life since day 1. The father has held it's place in his life for just two months do not have anything in the apartment but a couch no microwave no car just started a
position and cant finish high school graduation. he or she is telling that im unfit precisely what are my rights please help they are calling dhs on me monday morning. i want help asap!

he is trying to scare you. Keep positive attitude and do what is best for your child. File for divorce and get custody. mychildcustodycase.com

This might get ugly with time. You should file for custody of your child. Hire an experienced attorney who can help you with the whole situation. I recommend attorneys at Seigman, Starritt-Burnett & Sinkfield, PLLC. Their vast experience and knowledge in family laws can help you with this.
