My daughter was born in October of 2014. Her dad denied her until the paternity test came back at the end of February. Since then he's wanted to see her as much as he can, which I've been willing to do. We have our court date on the 23rd of march, so we discussed a few things so we can settle out of court. When I filed for paternity, I filed saying that I will have full physical custody, while we have joint legal custody. Well, today he starts arguing with me because he wants physical custody of her after knowing her for a week. I told him I wont agree to that. Before today, we were getting along just fine, and he is a great father. I do not want to have our daughter passed back and forth between us. It will be easier for her to have one home. Am I wrong for saying this? Should we have joint physical custody? I am trying to do what's best for my daughter, and it feels like he's trying to undermine me. I breastfeed, and he's trying to get me to switch to formula and start giving her baby food already. He see's her whenever he asks, but he feels I'm only breastfeeding so he can't have her over night. This is driving me nuts, and is making this whole situation stressful. Please, help!

I would suggest you to take the help of an attorney. You can consult Seigman, Starritt-Burnett & Sinkfield, PLLC, for the same.
