I have a 4 month old son whom the father and I are going through a rough custody battle. He is never home and has major anger issues. I had filed a domestic violence order but could not afford an attorney and it was dropped. I've since retained an attorney for Custody and Support. I am trying to work with him for a custody settlement to save money and spend it on our son instead of court where I believe I'd stand a good chance at gaining more time with my son. My question is...with him being so young, i'll have to do a tiered custody agreement for as he ages. Are they any major items you wish you had in your agreements? Anything I don't want to miss or leave out? Thank you!

I can understand your situation but it is very important that you hire custody lawyer Fairfax, VA who can guide you in all terms and can help you out with your problems.

Hiring an attorney or will definitely help you win the custody battle. I am sure you can find a lawyer with reasonable charges.
