| I think that you just need to replace the certificate of naturization. You can contact office or through the portal https://usimmigrationforms.com/us-citizenship/replace-naturalization-certificate/, they will help you. I know that if the error was not due to you, then you should replace the certificate for free. Check carefully what documents you sent them. |
