i am a mother of three and have been extremely emotional lately that i have had to step back as a mom and regroup. I am one of those people that feels weakness sucks me in when least expected and it makes me more emotional because i am not with my kids right now. I have counseling appointments set but it is still a week away... any suggestions on how to occupy my mind till i make it... i know think of kids and pray right? im trying but need an outsider to analyze... any suggestions?
