My ex-boyfriend and I broke up after being together for ten years. We have two children together, they are 7 and 9. WE had a verbal agreement because I live in colorado and he lives in boston, that he would take the kids for summers and christmas vacations. Well this summer he kept my kids, he also got temporary custody of my kids and is trying to get full custody. I, at the time did not have enough money to fly out there because I had just lost my job. He took full advantage of that. I am not a bad mother, I was a stay at home mother when we were together and worked full time after we broke up. He is brainwashing my children out there and I am desperate to get my kids back. Please help me

Hi Nina,

I know excatly how you feel. It's terrible people can be so inconsiderate towards other people.
I had the same exact thing happen to me. Except my ex's parents have my boys. And they live in Kentucky. And they did the same thing your ex is doing. We had the verbal agreement they could have them in the summer.. they took emergency custody when I told them I was coming out to get them.

Keep your head up.. and good luck. Smile
