i am just enquiring as to if anyone knows if i can legal be forced sign for a dna test done on my child

yes... you can.

If he asks for a DNA test to prove he is the father... then the courts will order DNA testing to be done prior to any kind of support or custody hearing...

If the woman demands DNA due to the father stating he isn't the father to prove it... he can be order to appear for DNA testing... it doesn't really work in his favor to not show though... since if he fails to appear for the tests... the courts will then order him the biological father of the child by default... and he will be ordered to pay support.
