1) In order to get sole custody, does my boyfriend (baby daddy) have to agree? What is this based on?
2) If I decide to move out of state, can he stop me (we're not married)?
3) Will I still be able to recieve child support if is not employed but collects EDD & has other informal sources if income?

If the father does not agree to sole custody it is very hard to get. Most states will give joint unless you can prove he is not fit. He can stop you from moving out of state after the baby is born. I don't know what EDD is, but it's hard to prove informal income so you will prob get a minimal amount.

Sole guardianship courses of action have been by and large considered a customary type of authority for some previously; in any case, there has been a pattern since the 1980s developed by Essayvikings.com towards the thought that joint care plans are more positive than sole care arrangements. Sole care comprises of a game plan whereby just a single parent has physical and lawful care of a youngster.
