Crying or Very sad
I have a one year old son and i was never married to his father, we stayed together for one month til he kicked us out. I filled for custody and when i was taking my son to see him he just flipped out and jumed on me, he assulted me while i was holding the child and both me and the child suffered injuries. As of right now i have an temporary restrainting order. Even though my child is only one, his father has not been involved in his life for more than two months at a time. He is very unstable and has criminal charges against him now. He is order by the court to recieve drug rehab and anger management classes. Now child protective services are in the picture and are concerned about the care of my child. What should i do?
