Probably not a lot. Child support is figured by a parent's income. You may be able to have it figured with what his income was when he actually admitted making more. (on W-2) The court looks at that as potential income. Basically, the court says that he is capable of making XX amount of money and he now voluntarily makes less. This formula is used to detour NCP from taking a lower paying job just to get out of paying more child support.Good Luck!

I work for a bank you can go to a lawyer and have her financal records subpoenaed. Any good divorce lawyer can prove a paper trail into her bank account.
